请之前在陆会长处登记的1号到430号二月份未办理护照的人士于4月24日上午9时至中午12时到帝苑海鲜酒家办理护照一事; 没有登记的人士, 请于中午12时以后到帝苑海鲜酒家办理护照一事。美中交流协会将收取服务费$15/人。所有办理护照人士都必须亲自前来, 不得代理, 来取护照的人士必须亲自前来并持护照受理单, 芝加哥领区之外的人士不接受办理, 敬请原谅。
