Free Home Depot Workshop
If you have a child like mine who loves to build or do crafts, you'll love the Home Depot Workshops. They are a great way to give your child the opportunity to participate in these pint-sized "How-to Clinics." These clinics are designed specifically for kids from ages 5 through 12, and are offered on the first Saturday of each month. There is absolutely no cost, and kids can drop in anytime between 9 a.m. and noon. An adult will need to bring the child and stay with him or her for the entire length of the workshop.
