Bobby Burns

Makes: 1 drink

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Scotch
  • 1 1/2 ounces sweet vermouth
  • 1 teaspoon Bénédictine
  • Twist of lemon peel

Instructions

  1. Shake the Scotch, vermouth, and Bénédictine with ice; then strain over ice into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
