Chicken Taco Salad

1 head of Ice burg lettuce

1 can of black beans
1 can of kidney beans
1 can of corn
2 avocados
Cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
1 can of black olives (cut in half)
1 cup of jalapeño ranch
3 or 4 chicken breasts
1 bag of chips (Doritos or tortilla chips)
2 packets of taco seasoning
 
Mix taco seasoning & 1 cup of water in crock pot.  Add chicken breasts in crock pot for 4 hours on low.  Take out chicken & shred then mix back into left over taco seasoning.  Let chicken sit in mix for a couple of hours do not continue cooking; then drain chicken from taco seasoning. Cut lettuce & avocadoes into bit size pieces; drain beans & corn then mix all ingredients together & serve.
